legal and educational system

e see that the problems in the economy have
been growing and the current structure cannot
increase the growth pace in the desired level.
Primarily, we must rebuild our legal system that fell
into a deep disrepute and our educational system that
got out of date, and design a public administration
system, which will not allow parallel organisms within
the state structure again. Otherwise we cannot get
over the trap of middle income that we have stuck in
for the last eight years.
Of course, these are not as easy to carry into effect
immediately. Yet, even to demonstrate that we have
took the action with this aim in mind, and started to
take certain steps, would influence the perceptions for
our country in a positive way and negative percepti-
on operations would be defeated. Therefore, Turkey
should immediately calm down, normalize and turn
back to the structural reform agenda.

term loan with interest rates of 9.90% per
year and 0.83% per month from the bran-
ches of Ziraat Bank and Denizbank, with
themembership certificate, taken from the
Chamber and Commodity Exchange they

Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “We have shoul-
dered the responsibility as TOBB, along
with our 365 Chambers and Commodity
Exchanges. We have joined all our resour-
ces. And then our Treasury and Loan Gu-
arantee Fund became a part of the effort.
We will be a remedy to the problems of
approximately 80 thousand SMEs within
three months. We will not let our SMEs to
be under the burden of interests.”
