EU-member state is entering a
new phase. We believe this is an im-
portant opportunity. Though a vast
majority of the people in Turkey is not
very much interested in this issue, the-
re are some reasons for us to get exci-
ted about it. To Turkey, the European
Union means a public administration
reform. Even the steps that should be
taken on the road to visa liberalization
can be described as a public administ-
ration reform. All in all, Turkey should
undergo a comprehensive administra-
tive reform. We need and should trust
the EU as they need and should trust
us for the benefit of mutual interests.
